Satisfied or refunded
Within 14 days of the first payment of each subscription offer (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) or of a transfer’s payment, you get a full refund on request, even after using Pro or if the transfer has been downloaded. Once per offer and per account; for a paid transfer, once per email address.
How to ask
Write to contact@transferthing.com from your account’s address, or the one given for the transfer, naming the payment. We handle the request within 5 working days; the refund goes to the payment method used.
What a refund changes
Pro stops and the account returns to Free; links with no expiry get a deletion date, announced by email. A refunded transfer’s link closes.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments and renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we made a mistake. You can cancel at any time: the subscription stops at the end of the period paid.
Your rights
This guarantee adds to your legal rights and applies even where they would not.
