Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your account, “Cancel subscription” stops the renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then does not renew.
What happens to my Free links if I go Pro?
Nothing changes for links you already sent: they keep the 3 days they were created with. The new limits apply from your next transfer.
What does “no expiry” really mean?
Your link stays up as long as your Pro plan is active, with no date on it. If the plan ends, your most recent links that fit in the 10 GB of a free account stay up; the others get a deletion date 7 days later, and we email you that date.
What happens when my 500 GB are full?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged: new transfers are refused until you delete some from your history. Deleting one frees its space right away.
