Frequently asked questions
When exactly are the files deleted?
Once every file of the transfer has been downloaded at least once. The link then answers like an expired one, and the files are deleted shortly after.
What if my recipient downloads only one file?
The link stays open for the others. It closes once each file has been downloaded, or when its days run out.
What does my recipient see afterwards?
The same page as for an expired link: the transfer has expired and its files are no longer available.
Can my recipient preview the files first?
No. A link deleted once downloaded offers no preview: a preview would let someone see the files without downloading them.
What if my recipient loses the file?
The link no longer works. Send the files again in a new transfer.
Can I add a password as well?
Yes. The page asks for the password before showing anything, and the link still closes once everything is downloaded.
And if the files are never downloaded?
The link expires after the number of days you chose, up to 3 days, then everything is deleted.
Is it free?
